Have had monthly service for about 4 years. Excellent customer service, they always answer the phone and emails. Friendly and expert service technician. Written report with complete info and any home/yard recommendations after each service. Easy online payment. Our old house has not had any issues since hiring them. It was a rat mess before, because I fed all the squirrels and birds in our neighborhood. Cascade Pest includes the crawlspace each month and inspects the attic once a year. Complete great service!
